AM:PM Belfast City Wedding

A Unique and Quirky venue in Belfast City

Cabaret Supper Club & The Treehouse

An AM:PM Belfast City Wedding is perfect for a city chic wedding. No matter what the occasion; the ambiance, Uber cool feel and quirkiness off AM:PM will have you wanting to return over and over again. It’s perfect for couples who want an amazing day.

Situated in Belfast city centre, it provides an intimate and bohemian feel to your wedding. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a fairy-tail wedding with family and friends. On arrival you immediately feel chilled out. Indeed, the atmosphere, enhanced by fairy lights, mixed with all your favourite people makes it perfect for intimate weddings.

With Belfast weddings, you cant always rely on the weather. The AM:PM Treehouse has the perfect solution for this; in that the roof can be opened up on beautiful sunny days. Everyone was delighted to see the sun in the sky for this beautiful wedding in Belfast City centre and it wasn’t long before the staff were busy opening up the roof. Who doesn’t love an outdoor city wedding!

Indeed, it was everything that Jessica and Stephen wanted for their wedding day. A private wedding at  the AM:PM Treehouse was right up their street. With its rooftop lounge in the Cabaret Supper Club, The Treehouse, was perfect.

Outdoor Ceremony

Want an outdoor ceremony in Belfast City Centre? Then step right up, The Treehouse at AM:PM is for you. A stones throw from Belfast City Hall, with the hustle and bustle of city life all around you. An urban bohemian vibe makes this the perfect venue for cool couples in love.

The staff at The AM:PM Treehouse are super organised, with nothing being too much trouble. This is an adaptable venue, and the staff will quickly have the roof back on if needs be. So don’t worry about the unpredictable Northern Ireland weather, as this is a venue that can adapt to all seasons.

Wedding Photos

Now this is what I love about AM:PM the most. Who doesn’t love Belfast for uber cool wedding photos. Sometimes I don’t know where to start as there are so many options.

It’s a stone throw from Belfast City Hall, whose grounds are perfect for wedding photos. Indeed the quickest route to City Hall is via a narrow cobblestoned street…I challenge anyone not to stop here for a few photos.

Being in the city centre, there are literally dozens of quirky corners, alleyways and walls filled with street art to choose from. All of these make for stunning backdrops for amazing photos. As a wedding photographer, there is no shortage of options!

On their wedding day, Jessica and Stephen decided to pay The Cathedral Quarter a visit for some photos (its only 5 minutes away ). This is one of the most popular choices for brides and grooms in Belfast. However, its usually its a busy place, with lots of people coming in and out of the many bars and eateries in the area. However, Covid 19 has impacted on all aspects of life, and there were many significant restrictions in place on Jessica and Stephens wedding day. Nonetheless, the benefit of this is that they had the Cathedral Quarter, and Commercial Court all to themselves!

We then headed over to the Titanic Quarter for a few photos, before heading back to AM:PM for their wedding banquet and speeches. Oh and when on the subject of speeches – These speeches were epic – you know the ones where everyone is crying with laughter, and you know that in 20 years time, guests will still be remising about the stories shared. I love these sort of speeches, alongside making me laugh, they provide great reactions to be photographed!

As said above, Covid 19 has had a dramatic impact on all aspects of our lives. Jessica and Stephen were no exception and had rescheduled their date, their venue, and didn’t have everyone present that they would have wanted. However what did shine through on their day was resilience, determination and the love of 2 people who got to say ‘I do” in 2020.
