Without fail, everyone I meet say “I hate getting my photos taken’ or ‘I’m not photogenic’. After shoots I hear things like ‘That was good fun, I enjoyed that’. When I deliver the photos ‘OMG we look fantastic, the photos are amazing’.
An engagement shoot with me is a walk in the park, nothing formal, just you checking out what it feels like on front of the camera before the big day.

Just as you do when walking Portstewart Strand, or in your local park, You’ll walk hand in hand – nothing posey about that – right?
I may direct you to glance at each other and capture your natural smile when your eyes connect– it’s as simple as that.
I call this PLANDID – Candid, only I planned it!

Have you ever received a beautiful save the date card, with a fabulous photo of the couple? I bet that image is from their engagement shoot.
Likewise, signing frames at weddings usually adorn a beautiful image from a couples engagement shoot – they are a great keepsake.
