Breckenhill | Judith & Gavin

Back in springtime, the lovely Judith and Gavin tied the knot. They celebrated in style with an intimate and stylish reception at Breckenhill.

Breckenhill is a beautiful venue,  exclusively yours on your wedding day. I can honestly say that the venue is second to none. Indeed, your hosts go out of their way to transform their Estate into your perfect wedding setup.

Judith and Gavin opted for the tastefully restored old stone barn for their fabulous reception. And whilst the guests mingled with each other, Judith, Gavin and myself went exploring in the grounds of the Estate. The grounds are a photographers dream, with many great backdrops to choose from.  Indeed, I could have spent hours, as everywhere I looked I was thinking, ohhhh just one more shot!

As a private venue, you choose who will provide the catering, and Breckenhill will happily supply you with a list of amazing catering companies who can provide exquisite fine dining, through to Hog Roast Spit BBQ’s. Judith and Gavin’s guests were served delicious food by Challas, a company who specialise in traditional South African food….and when I say it was delicious….I mean it was absolutely amazing. (Indeed, despite how hard I tried, they wouldn’t give me their secret recipe for their sweet potato!)

The whole day passed without a hitch, and the party continued into the wee small hours, with dancing in the marquee, beside beautifully lit trees. A fabulous end to a fabulous day.  🙂

Breckenhill also features on my list of favourite venues in Northern Ireland…it really is exceptional
