Theres a zillion spots for photos. Backdrops of street art, cobblestone streets, great architecture and amazing city parks. Many of these locations are close to great wedding venues.

Titanic Quarter

The Titanic Quarter is a great place for portraits on your wedding day. Theres nothing like photos by the iconic Harland and Wolff cranes, real stories of love on the Titanic Slipway.
Cathedral Quarter

The Cathedral Quarter, with its cobblestone streets and quirky photo opportunities is an amazing spot for your wedding photos.
Everyone loves those red benches at the Duke of York pub in Commercial Court!
Theres so much to the Cathedral Quarter, some quieter spots too. I love it!
Botanic Gardens

Who doesn’t love Botanic Gardens! The rose garden, beautiful walkways, a tropical ravine and the amazing Palm House. It is a fabulous place for your wedding photos
With the Ulster Museum on its doorstep, you can even get some photos with the dinos!
A permit is required from Belfast City Council – current cost is approximately £24.
Sir Thomas & Lady Dixon
A park like no other
This place holds a special place in my heart as it was my childhood playground.
I know every nook and cranny, its incredible for wedding photos. But my 2 favourite spots are the ‘Japanese garden’ and the ‘Octopus trees’ – no idea what the trees real name are, but thats what our family has called them for 3 generations.

Stormont Estate, steeped in the history of Northern Ireland, is another great spot for wedding photography.
Its treelined avenue, woodland and parkland will be the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos.
